This page explains what happens to the details you give us when you request an invite to LOAD. Last updated 26 September 2026.

Who we are

LOAD is run by Nick Buckley-Mills, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. Contact: hello@loadendurance.com.

What we collect

Your email address, main sport, the platform where your training lives and, if you choose to tell us, what you're training for.

Why

To decide who to invite to the private beta and to email you about your invite. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form.

Where it's kept

In a Google Sheet that only LOAD can access. We don't sell or share your details, and we don't use them for advertising.

Visiting the site

We don't use cookies or advertising trackers. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. Cloudflare may keep standard logs for security and reliability.

Who helps us

Google (Sheets, where invite requests are kept) and Cloudflare (hosting). Both may process data outside the UK under their standard safeguards.

How long

Until the beta ends or you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
